Easy pace, big energy. Join Helix Run Crew for our annual Shake Out Run on Saturday before the Rotterdam Marathon. 5K through the city, good vibes, loud tunes, and runners from all over. Everyone’s welcome — come move with us.

Tickets are free, but spots are limited. Create an account and register to claim your ticket.

Bag drop
You can leave your bag at the location during the run. Someone from the team will be present, but it is at your own risk.
